For a product to be sustainable, it must be possible to produce and/or consume it in a way that doesn’t damage the environment or results harm to individuals or society. To ensure you have confidence in what you are buying, we made our product description completely transparent as we all have different concerns: whether its cruelty free, vegan, recycled, zero waste, plastic free.

We only use biodegradable materials for all our mailing bags and product plastic covers. For fragile items, we use minimal bubble wrap or Styrofoam to avoid damaging products in transit. These are all re-purposed.

For large items that cannot fit into our mailing bags, we use cardboard boxes collected from families, friends, and shop for reuse. Rest assured that we only use clean repurposed items to keep product safe and in pristine condition.

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days upon receipt of all our Reusable Life product collections. This may take slightly longer during busy period. We use Royal Mail 1st class delivery for most of our packages. Aside from our own collection, we also work in partnership with different small producers and merchants, all of whom fulfil orders directly.

Order cut-off is at 2pm. You will be notified of the delivery time frame during the checkout process before you enter payment details. We do our best to make this as accurate as possible.

Please note that delivery cost varies depending on the courier and shipping fee is non-refundable.

We work hard to provide the best service to our customers. In case you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt and we are happy to refund or exchange your item.

To be eligible for a full refund, the item should be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as you received it.
